  20. USR would get a lot more respect and compliance with their request if
  21. they came forth and released a statement detailing exactly the reason
  22. why they have removed the code from their BBS and FTP/WWW sites. When I
  23. asked the tech at USR why they didn't offer the code in the previous
  24. places, his answer was, and I quote verbatim, "It's an export thing.".
